Josh Walton is a Lompoc native and a graduate of Cabrillo High School. He went to Allan Hancock for his AA. While attending Allan Hancock, he took an interest in programming and was good at it. Due to his disability, going to a University was a physical challenge; so he went to University of Illinois at Springfield(online) and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He has developed apps for iOS and currently has four apps in the Apple iTunes Store. Also he has developed an app for Lompoc Foursquare Church along with an administrative website to update the app's content. Now, he is off on a new venture with an app called VineCrawl. The idea behind VineCrawl is to have wineries around the Sta. Rita Hills Wine Country be able to put their current information at the consumer's finger tips - including their wine list, event list, activities, and tasting room data.
